eg: RM6 is the original cost for pos laju (west m'sia), but u only have to pay RM3. sabah and sarawak normally cost rm8-rm9, but u just need to pay rm6

5. Please be informed that agents must send us a NEW EMAIL for a NEW ORDER. On the subject/title column (when you compose a new email), please write: "AGENT:ORDER". Sending us two or three orders will cause confusion and misunderstanding in the future.
